At Ortho1 Goa, we aim to provide smooth, timely, and dependable appointment scheduling for all our patients. This Appointment Policy outlines how appointments are booked, confirmed, rescheduled, and managed.

  1. Booking an Appointment

Patients can book an appointment through:

  • Our website’s appointment form
  • WhatsApp appointment link
  • Calling our clinic directly
  • Visiting the clinic during working hours

Appointment requests submitted online or via WhatsApp will be followed up with a confirmation message or call from our team.

  1. Confirmation of Appointments

An appointment is considered confirmed only after:

  • A confirmation call/message from our staff, or
  • An agreed time slot provided by the clinic

Walk-in patients may be accommodated based on doctor availability.

  1. Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to reschedule:

  • Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance
  • We will offer the next available time slot
  • Rescheduling is subject to the doctor’s schedule

In case of emergencies or urgent orthopedic conditions, we will assist you on priority.

  1. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel:

  • Please inform us as early as possible
  • This helps us allocate the slot to another patient in need
  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority
  1. Late Arrivals

Patients arriving late may experience a waiting period or may have the appointment rescheduled, depending on:

  • The doctor’s ongoing consultations
  • Clinic schedule for the day

We request you to arrive 5–10 minutes earlier to ensure seamless check-in.

For orthopedic emergencies such as:

  • Severe fractures
  • Acute injury
  • Major joint or spine pain
  • Trauma incidents

Complex cases may require additional time as needed.
